Our Club Mission
The mission of this state-based Nursing Journal Club is to inspire and empower nurses to participate in the EBP process through collaborations with one another on practice issues and topics. Through our journal club activities, we will acquire skills in the development of clear, answerable practice questions, investigation and critiquing of current literature, and disseminating of findings among colleagues.

Our Club Values
1)    Professional accountability through establishment of clear, answerable, researchable practice questions and investigation of current evidence.
2)    Professional autonomy through critiquing and integrating the best evidence and incorporation into practice.
3)    Professional growth through integration of evidence-based decision making and clinical experience to optimize patients care and improve clinical practice.

Our Club Vision
The vision is to promote and empower the growth and development of our profession, through state-based journal club participation.
